Kohima: Tourists have started pouring into Nagaland to witness the Hornbill Festival. The 10-day long festival will kick-off in two days’ time (December 1). The day also coincides with the Nagaland Statehood Day.
Meanwhile, the Department of Art & Culture, government of Nagaland, is all set for the Hornbill Festival 2022 to present a daily cultural performances at the main arena. Eighteen cultural troupes from within the State will be arriving soon to showcase their songs and dances in their colorful traditional attires.

The Artists’ Corner at the World War II Museum Premises, Kisama, will have a display and sale of artworks, demonstrative arts, etc.
The Archives Exhibition will showcase a collection of selected historical documents from public and private records with reading facilities for interested students, scholars, and researchers and the sale of departmental publications at the World War II Complex.

A must-visit place to see, understand and experience the historic event is the World War II Museum, Kisama, where outstanding relics and artifacts are on display. The museum will be open to the public from 10 am to 4 pm.
