Imphal: The All Tribal Film Development Corporation Manipur held its general election on February 4, 2023 at Tribal Research Institute Conference hall, and has unanimously elected Mr. Assurance Raikhan as the new President.

In a press note released by ATFDCM, it said that “it is a pride for the Tangkhuls.” It also wished prosperity and hoped that he would work to bring development for tribal films under the new presidency from 2023-25.
The meeting was attended by tribal film makers, production houses, actors and playback singers numbering to 60 from all districts of Manipur.
