Manish K. Gautam, Chief Executive Director of ALS IAS, met Ningthoujam Geoffrey, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Education Department, to finalise the agreement. The coaching programme will target students who require financial support but show strong potential.

Gautam also met Governor Ajay Bhalla at Raj Bhavan, where the discussion centred on opportunities for Manipur’s youth and the need to improve access to professional guidance for UPSC preparation.

ALS IAS said the initiative aims to widen the pool of aspirants from the state by bringing structured training directly to Imphal, instead of students having to move outside Manipur for coaching.
