NPP Reshuffles Manipur Unit; Lorho S. Pfoze Appointed State President

UKHRUL, NOV 22: The National People’s Party has carried out a key organisational reshuffle in Manipur, naming former MP Dr. Lorho S. Pfoze as the new State President.

The notification, issued by NPP National President Conrad K. Sangma from Shillong, also appointed three Working Presidents — Sheikh Noorul Hassan, Th. Shanti Singh, and Janghemlung Panmei. The order takes immediate effect.

The appointments, as per the notification, were made under Article 11 of the NPP Constitution and will remain in force until further instructions.
