Noney battalion, Assam Rifles organised a Pipe Band and Weapon and Equipment display program at Noney on Monday.

The programme was organised at Berean Baptist Academy, Khumji village under Noney District for over 250 school children including students from Dominic English School, Noney-III.

During the programme, several events were performed by military band including displaying of military weapons and equipments.

Military personnel’s also introduced about the use of weapons and equipment followed by interaction session between students and army personnel’s on select topics.

The event was organised under the aegis of Headquarters 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East).
