UKHRUL/NONEY: The BJP held a booth-level strengthening and get-together programme at Rengpang Primary School on Friday, bringing together party leaders, workers, supporters and newly inducted members to consolidate the party’s grassroots organisation in the 54-ST Nungba Assembly Constituency.

The programme focused on strengthening booth-level coordination and expanding the party’s organisational network. A booth progress report, interaction with workers and addresses by senior BJP leaders were among the key highlights of the gathering.
Chairman of the Hill Areas Committee and MLA of the 54-ST Nungba Assembly Constituency, Dinganglung Gangmei, attended the programme and addressed the gathering. He was formally welcomed and felicitated during the event.
BJP Nungba Mandal president Makuphun Rongmei, ST Morcha Manipur Pradesh vice-president D. Stody, and ADC member Poulouanthui Rongmei also addressed the gathering, along with other party leaders and special invitees.

A major highlight of the programme was the reception and felicitation of new members, including former Congress workers who joined the BJP. The induction was presented as part of the party’s efforts to broaden its support base and strengthen its organisational presence at the grassroots level.
