Car Mishap Near Liwa Sarei Bridge in Chandel, Three Injured

Chandel, June 23: A self-accident involving a private vehicle occurred near the Thoruwl Turf area, close to the Liwa Sarei Bridge in Chandel district. The mishap that reportedly occurred at around 2:40 PM earlier today, left three individuals injured.

Upon receiving information, a team from Chandel District Police, led by Additional SP (Ops) T.S. Chamna Anal and OC Sanjoy Chongtham, promptly arrived at the scene. The injured were immediately evacuated to Chandel District Hospital for medical attention.

Demonstrating swift action, Additional SP T.S. Chamna Anal utilised his personal JCB equipment to assist in recovering the accident-damaged vehicle from the site.

Local authorities are yet to release further details on the identities of the injured and the cause of the accident.
