Ukhrul: The Catholic Congress of St. Paul Parish, Liwachangning (BPO Liwachangning), Chandel, congratulated parishioner Ng. Joyvita Moyon, daughter of the late Ng. Konu Louis Moyon and Ng. Shenuw Bibiana Moyon, from Heigrutampak (Tungphae) Village, Chandel District, for winning the prestigious gold medal in the Women’s Body Fitness competition held in Mumbai.
This victory serves as a testament to the popular saying “Health is wealth,” proving that physical fitness is a priceless asset. The gold-medalist’s achievement not only highlights the importance of health in life satisfaction but also exemplifies how hard work and perseverance can lead to remarkable success, said Catholic Congress.
Joyvita clinched gold medal in the Women’s Body Fitness category at the prestigious 4th edition of the International Fitness and Body Building Federation (IFBB) Mr./Ms. Universe & Fitness Festival, India 2024. The event, held from September 20 to 22 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, was organized by the Indian Body Building and Fitness Federation (IBBFF).
