The thrilling final of the 2nd Edition of the HAOFUREVER ‘TWUG’s Northeast Football League’ culminated on May 12, 2026, at the NFA Nagoa Futsal Arena in Saligao, Goa. The League, which began on March 24, 2025, united Northeast communities across Goa in a spirited celebration of football, unity, and cultural pride. This 7-a-side competition not only highlighted exceptional athletic talent but also strengthened bonds of friendship and solidarity among participants and supporters. The Chief Guest for the Final Day was Mr. Fernandes, Director of the Joseph School of Football, Goa.
The championship match between FC Tangkhul and FC Porvorim Tang delivered non-stop excitement and outstanding displays of skill and fair play. After an intensely competitive battle, FC Porvorim Tang claimed the title with a 7–5 victory.
