Cleanliness Drive held to mark 4 Years of Citizen-Centric Governance

In celebration of the achievements by the BJP led government in the last 4 years and to mark the 4 years of Citizen Centric Governance, cleanliness drive was held today at Tamenglong.

The drive was led by DC Tamenglong, Armstrong Pame IAS, where government employees posted in Tamenglong district took part in the program.

The cleanliness drive started from Haipou Jadonang Park till Mini Secretariat, Tamenglong HQ.

During the Cleanliness Drive carried out across the main town, awareness on negative effects on use of plastic using loudspeaker and the same was urged to the people in the town.

Citizens were also encouraged to manage proper wastage system to avoid diseases prone of hazardous wastes. CSOs leaders and other individuals also took part in the drive.
