CNPO, its 9 tribe Hohos of undivided Chandel endorses ‘Naga Solidarity Walk’ organized by GNF

Chandel: The Chandel Naga Peoples Organization (CNPO) in a release Monday has said it will send strong delegates to participate in the Naga Solidarity Walk. It added that the Naga Solidarity Walk to be organized by Global Naga Forum (GNF) is a thoughtful gesture, historic and timely with the current political status of the Nagas.

CNPO said the solidarity walk being organised under the theme, “One people One Destiny,” stated purpose appeals the conscience of the Nagas across the borders.

“CNPO with all its affiliated organizations and the nine (9) tribe Hohos of undivided Chandel, fully endorse and assure the organizers unwavering support,” added the release.

Appealing to all the right-thinking Naga societies and individuals to come out and take part in the walk and build bridges, CNPO added, “May the walk cement our purpose and take us forward towards our goal.”

It may be mentioned that the Poumai Naga Union (PNU) recently said it fully support and declared to endorse the proposed Naga Solidarity Walk slated for July 28-29.
