IMPHAL, Sep 5: The Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) has set a five-day deadline for the central security forces to take actions against the Kuki militants for resorting to drone attack on Meitei villages. If the central forces fail to do so then the COCOMI said it will begin “mass movement” against the former.
As a prelude, the COCOMI has appealed to all, including students, to form human chains on the roads and streets on Friday, September 6, to protest against the “government’s inaction towards countering drone bombings” in Manipur.
