SENAPATI: Col RK Sharma, KC, SC, SM (Retd) delivered an inspiring and motivational lecture to Assam Rifles personnel at Jwalamukhi Garrison, Laurouching in Manipur on Friday.

Drawing from his vast operational experience and distinguished military service, he shared valuable insights on leadership, courage and unwavering commitment to duty. The lecture emphasised the importance of discipline, integrity and dedication in the discharge of responsibilities. He motivated all ranks to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and to lead by example in challenging environments.

Personnel from Tamenglong, Maram and Noney also attended the lecture virtually, further extending the reach and impact of the session. The session proved highly enriching and uplifting, reinforcing the core values and ethos that define the Assam Rifles. Personnel expressed appreciation for the opportunity to interact and learn from his experiences.
