COVID VACCINATION: 22,576 eligible persons inoculated in Ukhrul dist; 4 tested positive

The total number of eligible persons administered Covid-19 vaccine in Ukhrul reached 22, 576 on Friday. Of which 17,673 have taken the first dose while 4,903 have received two dose.

According to DIO Ukhrul, 126 eligible persons were inoculated on Friday with 33 being given their first dose and 93 being vaccinated both doses.

On the daily Covid positive detection front, the district reported four (4) Covid-19 positive case, while two patients were discharged today taking the total active figure from 98 to 107.

Cumulative positive stands at 919, of which 543 are male and 376 are female. While cumulative death reached 25, according to DSO Ukhrul.

Out of the total 107 active case, 30 patients are at district hospital isolation ward, 61 at transit covid care centre, 2 at Lambui CHIC, and 14 at Ukhrul higher secondary school CHIC.

Ukhrul reported 12 positive cases on Thursday while six patients have been discharged.

Manipur reported 874 positive case while 20 succumbed to Covid today, according to IDSP update.
