DMUTKLI General Meeting Cum Change of Guard Ceremony Held in Imphal

The Dhanamanjuri University Tangkhul Katamnao Long, Imphal (DMUTKLI) today held its general meeting cum change of guard ceremony for the term 2021–22 at Nagaram Community Hall, Imphal. The ceremony was attended by host of student leaders, teaching professionals and religious leaders with much pomp and pageantry.

Oath of office for new office bearer was administered by Tshewetsolu Wehzah, Advisor of DMUTKLI. After which, Rev. Khayaipam Khamrang, Pastor of Tangkhul Baptist Church Imphal sought God’s blessing and wisdom for the newly appointed leaders to guide them in their work and fill them with patience and love as they take up new responsibility of the Union.

Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong (TKS) and Tangkhul Katamnao Long Imphal (TKLI) extended solidarity message to show support and encouragement in DMUTKLI’s endeavor for the welfare of the students.

Assistant Professor, C. Pamreishang of LMS Law College and Worthing Muivah, Advisor TKLI, exhorted the students to refine oneself and know the keys of success by being practical in whatever they do. They further advised students to walk in the fear God to provide them clear path as they develop good study habits.

An obituary of Dr Vareso Ningshen was released and one minute silent prayer was also observed as a mark of respect and tribute to the departed soul.
