Ex-Servicemen Rally to Be Held at Karong Ground, Senapati on March 6

Senapati: A Corps-level Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Rally will be organised by the Indian Army and Assam Rifles on March 6 at Karong Ground, Senapati, starting at 9:00 am.

The rally is expected to witness the participation of Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Army and the Assam Rifles hailing from Senapati, Kangpokpi and Ukhrul districts. The event is aimed at providing a dedicated platform for veterans to directly interact with officials and seek assistance on various issues.

Facilitation counters will be set up at the venue to address pension-related matters, documentation issues, medical concerns and other welfare benefits. Officials will also brief the veterans on the latest government schemes and policies meant for Ex-Servicemen and their families.

The rally is part of continued efforts to strengthen the bond between serving personnel and veterans, acknowledging their immense contribution to national security and nation-building. All Ex-Servicemen and their families from the neighbouring districts have been encouraged to attend the rally and make the most of the services being provided.
