Langkau chi Wine

It’s raining Langkau chi (one of the indigenous fruits, belongs to phyllanthaceae family) here in Tamenglong right now and consuming just the fruit is boring.

So, decided to make some wine which I learnt from my dearest friend.

The steps are very simple all you need is sugar and water.

How to prepare-

1.Peel the fruits and keep it overnight.

2. On the next day, mix sugar according to your taste.

3. Add water.

4. Store it for 3 days.

Voila your Langkauchi wine is ready.

Pro tips: Add sugar cane leaves for your wine to last longer.
