CHANDEL: A blessing programme for HL Lovingson, intending candidate for the Chandel 41-Assembly Constituency, was held at the Lambung Village Community Hall on Saturday, with more than 600 people from various Anal-inhabited areas attending the programme.
The programme was compered by Sng Pearson, secretary of the Lambung Village Authority. Among those present were former MLA ST Victor Nunghlung, former Vice-President of the Naga Hoho Rd David Boyes, Naga Peope’s Front Chandel president Lh Starson and party colleagues, former MDC KT Hari, Lambung Chief Lh Noah and members of his executive.

HL Lovingson, in his welcome address, acknowledged the strong support extended by the people of Lambung towards his candidature. Lambung chief Lh Noah, in his address, emphasised the unity and integrity of the villagers in standing together for the community.
Expressing gratitude to the people of Lambung for accepting and supporting his candidature, Lovingson assured the gathering of his continued support and commitment to the people.
NPF Chandel president Lh Starson narrated the party’s journey and experiences since its formation in 2011, highlighting its evolution and engagement in the district.
The blessing segment of the programme was conducted by Lambung church pastor Rev. Sng Nelson.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by HL Lordson.
