CHURACHANDPUR: A joint team consisting of Custom Preventive Force, Churachandpur; Churachandpur District Police and 37 AR arrested a person along with contraband during a joint operation on Tuesday, police said.
As per the police, the arrested person identifed as PK Shektak (32) son of Kamzasang of Pearsonmun, Churachandpur, was arrested while he was enroute to Churachandpur at around 10 pm.
The team seized a bolero and as many as 220 soap cases suspected to be heroin from his possession, the police added.Â
