IMPHAL: Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Wednesday flagged off a 30-member media delegation on an external media tour to Vietnam at Yumnam Leikai, Imphal West. 

The team comprises 25 members from the All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union (AMWJU) and five officials from DIPR, including IPR secretary Hungyo Worshang.

The chief minister conveyed his best wishes and encouraged them to make the most of the visit, while bidding them a safe and fruitful journey. 

IPR director Ahanthem Subhash Singh, senior members of the Editors Guild Manipur (EGM), and members of AMWJU also attended the flag-off ceremony.
