Covid-19 cases in Manipur saw 730 new cases taking the total tally to 58081, while the death toll has touch 925 with 10 more fatality on Thursday, the state health department informed.
As many as 9,008 COVID-19 test results were received out of which 225 positive cases were from Imphal West, 160 from Imphal West, 101 from Thoubal as the top three highest daily new positive cases among the districts in Manipur.
The Health department reported 48 in Bishnupur district, 87 in Churachandpur, 55 from Kakching, 13 each in Jiribam and Senapati, 3 in Chandel, 10 in Tamenglong, 5 in Ukhrul and 1 each in Tengnoupal, Pherzawl and Kamjong districts.
As per government of Manipur, the total number of persons vaccinated till Thursday stands at 452635.
A total of 4,52,635 people in the state have been administered the Covid-19 vaccine, while a total of 1345 D-type Oxygen cylinders and 521 B-type Oxygen Cylinders have been distributed in various health services in the state, the release added.
