MKS congratulates Dr. P. Samzeila Seneca on completing her Ph.D.

Senapati, Oct 8: The Maralui Karalimei Swijoikang (MKS), or the Maram Students’ Union, extended its heartfelt congratulations to Dr. P. Samzeila Seneca of Katomei Village on the successful completion of her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi.
