Chandel: The Monsang Naga Baptist Churches Association (MNBCA) Advent Christmas Celebration cum Installation of Centenary Celebration Committee Members was held at Mission Centre, Khoriibung, Japhou on Saturday.

Upa Kh. Mobershing, President, MNBCA gave a welcomed note to all the delegates and church leaders from Monsang Baptist villages. Rev. W. Moses, Former Executive Secretary, MNBCA was the speaker of the celebration program. He gave an exegesis on the theme “Fullness of Life” (John 10:10). The joy of peace, love and salvation was emphasized during his message. He prayed for all the members chosen for the centenary celebration committee to be held in 2024 at LiwaChangning village. Upa Rev. Alani Shongsir, Executive Secy, MNBCA gave words of gratitude to all the members present.

The program moderated by Th. Shangnithar, Youth Director, CBYF was marked by opening prayer led by Upa Rev. Kh. John and presentation of beautiful songs from LiwaChangning Women Fellowship, Japhou Women Fellowship and Wanglar Kindness. The closing and advent Christmas feast prayer was led by Rev. Ts. Morison, pastor LCBC.
