MPSC to Conduct Limited Department Examination 2025 in February

UKHRUL: The Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced that the Limited Department Examination, 2025 for all officers of the state government for whom the departmental examination is mandatory in accordance with the Services/Recruitment Rules will be conducted in the second week of February, 2026.

It notified that an officer seeking admission to the exam must apply only through the Commission’s website www.empscmanipur.gov.in in the prescribed online application process and the prescribed online application form can be downloaded from the MPSC’s website www.mpscmanipur.gov.in. The last date for online application is January 1, 2026.

How to submit online application:

– Go to www.empsconline.gov.in/notice.aspx
– Click on “Limited Departmental Exam, 2025”
– Click on “Submit your application” and fill the forms.
– Add the papers you wish to appear
– Upload your passport photograph, signature, Authorization/No Objection Certificate and proof of passing the Pre-Promotion Physical Test (only for Jemadars)
– Click on the “confirm and submit”, after all the fields are filled in and uploaded required documents
– Click on “confirm and pay”
– After successful payment, you will get a Transaction ID and Application No. Take the printout of the copy and keep it with you.

The MPSC also informed that Authorization/No Objection Certificate can be availed from the Head of Department/concerned authority for appearing in the Limited Department Examination. Only Jamadars, who have passed the Pre-Promotion Physical Test, should apply for the Pre-Promotion Test.

Eligible officers who have successfully completed the application process will be issued an e-admission certificate. The date for issue of e-admission certificate will be notified on the Commission’s official website, MPSC stated.
