Naga Hoho shares message of love and forgiveness

Dimapur: With Christmas round the corner, the Naga Hoho reminded everyone the message of love and forgiveness.

“The year 2022 is coming to an end and Christmas is approaching at our doorstep to wish one another with the message of love and forgiveness”, the greeting of the Naga Hoho said today.

It then stated, “The reason we celebrate the birth of Christ is because ‘God loves us and so He gave us his only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have an eternal life'”.

The Naga Hoho also said that the “birth of Christ reminds us that God loves unity and not divides and therefore, let this season bring the love for oneness and progress together as a people of Christ”.

Keeping this in mind, the Naga Hoho “sincerely” appealed to every Naga people to forgive one another and embrace together with renewed vision of hope, so as to face the new challenges with the dawn of New Year 2023. “May God grant us wisdom and understanding and celebrate the best Christmas in our lives”.

The Naga Hoho then wished everyone a blessed Christmas season and a prosperous New Year 2023.
