Dimapur, June 16: Apropos the story published in The Sangai Express and filed by this news agency, under the headline “Refugees demanding separate aggression”, State Rh Raising, member of Collective Leadership of the NSCN-IM, clarified that “the article was originally written under the title ‘Land and water, the solid rock of politics’, and not as published with a venomous communal headline”
