NSF condemns Little Flower School bomb blast

The Naga Students’ Federation Tuesday said it is deeply perturbed at the bomb blast that took place at the gate of Little Flower School, Sangaiporou, Imphal, Manipur on June 5.

The Federation condemned the dastardly act in the strongest term perpetrated within the premise of an educational institution.

“This have caused immense trauma in the young minds of the students. While the entire region is collectively striving towards peace and stability, such dastardly act negates the very aspiration of the general populace and ought to be out rightly condemned by all right thinking citizens,” NSF said.

NSF further appealed for peace in the region and urged upon the competent authority to leave no stone unturned in bringing the culprits to book while also sparing no efforts in uprooting those elements and practices which are against the social stability and progress of the region.

“We stand in solidarity and extend our fullest support to the Little Flower School in our pursuit towards a secure future where the entire region will thrive together in harmony,” the release by NSF stated.
