NSUD Observes World Environment Day

New Delhi: The Naga Students’ Union, Delhi observed World Environment Day on June 5, 2024, at Nagaland House, New Delhi. Special guest Dr. Chong Shimray, Associate Professor, NCERT, shared valuable insights on tackling climate change at various levels – individual to policy level. She further encouraged the audience to develop environmental consciousness in our day to day lives.

The team planted five saplings, representing the five Naga lands in Nagaland, Manipur, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Myanmar.

“Let’s work together for a greener tomorrow!” NSUD team said.
