Nungba Youth Organisation Extends Voluntary Service at Community Health Centre

Ukhrul, June 10: The Nungba Youth Organisation on Tuesday showcased their commitment to social work and voluntary service at the Nungba Community Health Centre (CHC). Led by its president Thuiliang Kamei along with Nungba SDO staff, the Nungba Youth Organisation assisted healthcare professionals, helped in ensuring smooth operation of healthcare services and interacted with patients and provided moral support.

The organisation also repaired the roof leakage of the CHC and conducted a thorough cleaning of the centre’s surroundings.

“The Nungba Youth Organisation’s community service initiative has had a profound impact on the local community. Our selfless efforts have fostered a sense of community and social cohesion. Demonstrated the power of youth-led initiatives in driving positive change. Inspired others to get involved in community service and volunteerism,” president Thuiliang Kamei said.
