Imphal, April 24: A demonstration organized by the Manipur Pradesh Youth Congress in Imphal started at Congress Bhawan, erupted into chaos as clashes broke out between protesters and the police.

Members of the Youth Congress expressed deep indignation, squarely blaming Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for the attack.
