R N Ravi Resigns as Naga Peace Talks Interlocutor

R N Ravi who was transferred as Tamil Nadu governor on September 9 has resigned as the interlocutor of Naga peace talks effectively from today.

According to source, Ravi submitted his resignation today. The same has been accepted with immediate effect by Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs spokesperson has confirmed.  

Ravi was appointed as the Naga peace process interlocutor in 2014.
