S C Jamir did not suffer stroke

Family of Dr SC Jamir has clarified that the veteran politician did not suffer stroke today as reported by news sources.

The former chief minister of Nagaland, the family said was on the way to Makokchung but was transferred back to Dimapur as he fell ill on the way.

According to reliable sources, the 90-year-old, SC Jamir is stable now and out of danger.
