SDO Sahamphung visits border villages in Kamjong distt

Ukhrul: Sub-divisional officer of Sahamphung block, Kamjong district visited far-flung border villages in Kamjong district.

During his visit to Khayang village, SDO of Sahamphung block, Rang David inspected the Khayang Upper Primary School, which is situated about 80km from Ukhrul headquarters and interacted with the students. He encouraged the students to work hard for a successful life so that they can pay back to society.

Around 161 students from 11 neighbouring villages are presently studying at Khayang Upper Primary School. SDO Rang David promised to extend all possible support to the school authority.

The headmaster of Khayang upper primary school, headman and village authority of Khayang village expressed immense gratitude to the visiting team led by SDO of Sahamphung block.
