Sonam Topden and The Spectrums enthralls Ukhrul at TNFA 2023

Ukhrul: Sensational singer Sonam Topden from Manali and and all girls band from Mokokchung, Nagaland The Spectrums enthralled Ukhrul during the Tangkhul Naga Film Festival 2023 at Ukhrul town.

Sonam Topden, a well-known singer, songwriter and composer captured the hearts of many with his superb performance at the opening of Tangkhul Naga Film Festival 2023 on Thursday. The multilingual sensational singer mesmerized the crowd with his “Hawayein Cover” and took the crowd to a next level with his high energy performance. Sonam Topden has a a huge number of fans following from Ukhrul. Speaking to his fans, taking a selfie, Sonam Topden played his heart out for about an hour.

The all girls band from Makokchung, Nagaland The Spectrums, closed the celebration with excitement with their high-voltage performance. The band shot through the heart of the crowd with their first song of the evening, a cover of Bon Jovi “You Give Love A Bad Name,” and a cover of Guns N’ Roses “Sweet Child O’ Mine” as their end stage performance.

The captivating voice of Imkumnaro Ozukum, the vocalist of the band, effortlessly hitting both high and low notes hit the right note with the listeners. Guitarists Sentinukla Longkumer and Imtinenla Lemtur played a great rhythm, the precession and chord progression, the way they shred and the riff was amazing. Drummer Talimerenla Imsong amazingly executed the pace and rhythm for the rest of their bands to follow. Her undertstanding of timing and tempo was effectively communicated to the musicians throughout the show. Achi Longkumer, the bassist left everyone spellbound with her electrifying performance. She was the solid bridge between the drummer and the rest of the band.

Despite the gushy chilly wind blowing from the picturesque Shirui Peak and the freezing cold weather, the crowd was rocking till past midnight.

The all girls band from Makokchung and Sonam Topden’s exceptional performance ended on a high note with the crowd wanting for more in the feast of music.
