Tamenglong: Under the supervision of Tamenglong district administration along with Tamenglong (District Health Society) Health and FW services in collaboration with CARE India is all set to start village wise Covid doorstep vaccination drive.
The doorstep vaccination eligible from 18 years onwards including pregnant women, lactating women, old aged bed ridden or people with comorbidity such as diabetes, heart diseases, kidney diseases, high blood pressure, asthma, joint and bone diseases etc. undergoing treatment, if eligible will be given both doses with effect from November 15.
In this regard, all the pastors and religious leaders, Village Authority leaders and other noble public leaders have been requested to mobilise and encourage the eligible people for Covid vaccination.
The DIO appealed all the people of the district to get vaccinated at the earliest when the vaccines are available at their doorsteps before it is too late.
