Tangkhul Katamnao Long Hyderabad celebrates 6th Dharthei Kazip

Ukhrul: The Tangkhul Katamnao Long Hyderabad celebrated its much awaited 6th Dharthei Kazip (Freshers’ Meet) at Telangana Saraswatha Parishath, Tilak road, Abids, Hyderabad on Tuesday with seniors students and elders welcoming the freshers to their new destination.

Speaking at the occasion, Mayosing Sasa, president Tangkhul Katamnao Long Hyderabad (TKLH) welcomed the freshers to Dharthei Kazip.

He also exhorted the freshers to keep the bond of unity and love flowing. From our end we would do our level best to look into the welfare of the students and the community in times of difficulties. “To make this happen your cooperation and support to the union is always needed,” he stressed.

As part of the day main event, after introduction and question rounds, Godialson Tamang and Samyonao Angkang were declared freshers King and Queen 2022.

Chihangam Tamang, pastor Tangkhul church Hyderabad announced blessing for the freshers.

He informed that around 40 students are currently pursuing their studies in Hyderabad while around 45 freshers participated in the meet.

As part of the day long event, Yungyung Khamrang and Woyiso Siro made special appearance, while Shanchuila Shinglai and Ruth Shinglai entertained the audience with special number and dance.
