UKHRUL: The Poumai Naga Tsiidoumai Me (PNTM) and the Senapati District Students’ Association (SDSA) have congratulated Vapani John Tao of Oinam Hill Village for clearing the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination and securing an All India Rank (AIR) of 800.

In a statement, the office of PNTM expressed gratitude to God and extended its congratulations to Tao, describing his achievement as a proud moment not only for his family but also for the entire Poumai community and the Naga people. The organisation stated that his dedication, perseverance and commitment to excellence have brought honour to the community and would inspire many young aspirants.

PNTM further noted that his success serves as a source of motivation for the younger generation and expressed confidence that he would continue to uphold the values of humility, service and leadership in his future responsibilities.

The Senapati District Students’ Association (SDSA) also congratulated Tao on his achievement, stating that securing AIR 800 in the highly competitive examination reflects years of hard work, determination and commitment.

Highlighting that Tao hails from Oinam Hill Village in the Poumai community of Senapati district, SDSA said his success demonstrates that with perseverance and dedication, aspirants from smaller and remote regions can also achieve national recognition.

The association added that the accomplishment is particularly encouraging for students in the district, where access to educational opportunities can sometimes be limited. It expressed hope that Tao’s journey would inspire many young people to pursue their aspirations with determination.

Both organisations conveyed their best wishes to Tao for a successful career in public service and expressed confidence that he would continue to bring pride to the community and the nation.
