Three COVID-19 related deaths on Monday

The COVID-19 related death toll in Manipur rose to 309 with three more deaths reported on Monday. 

The number of people diagnosed with the contagious virus also rose to 26,225 with the detection of 152 fresh positive cases over the past 24 hours (till 4pm of December 7).
Of this overall total infection, 22,997 are recovered cases and the rest 2,919 are active cases.

Meanwhile, a total of 149 patients were discharged on Monday after they recovered from the viral infection. The recovery rate of the state stands at 87.69%, the daily update of the state health department showed.
