3 More Arrested on COHSEM Exam Physics Question Paper Leak

Ukhrul, Mar 7: Following the arrest of two accused, Maibam Sunil Singh (33) and Ningombam Jagdish Singh (33) for leaking the Physics question paper of Class XII COHSEM Examination, Manipur Police on Wednesday arrested three more accused who were allegedly directly involved in conspiring and leaking the question paper.

The accused are Khangembam Arundas Singh (60 yrs) S/O (L) Kh. Birachandra Singh of Thoubal Kshetri Leikai, Laishram Prabin Singh (31 yrs) S/o L Jadumani Singh of Yaripok Tulihal Laishram Leikai, Imphal East District, and Sapam Shivdutta Singh (35 yrs) S/o S.Manibabu Singh of Khongjom Bazar, Thoubal District, Manipur.

Khangembam Arundas Singh is an Assistant Professor at YK College teaching Economics, and was the Supervisory Officer (SO) of Paradise English School Exam Centre, Thoubal.

Laishram Prabin Singh and Sapam Shivdutta Singh are Biology teachers at the Paradise English School, Thoubal. The latter was also the Officer-In-Charge (OC) of the exam center.
