TKS condemns brutal murder of Mayonmi Ningshen at Thoubal dist

Ukhrul: The Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong has strongly condemned the brutal murder of a 43-year-old Mayonmi Ningshen, son of Ramthar Ningshen of Kangkum village who was found dead on the August 14 at Bamon Leikai, Thoubal District.

The Tangkhul students’ apex body in a press release Wednesday appealed the government of Manipur to look into the matters and bring justice to this matter at the earliest.

The Saklong further said it stand in “unflinching solidarity” with the family of the victim, and fully endorse the resolution adopted by the Joint Action Committee (JAC) on August 15 and assured its fullest cooperation until justice is served.
