AGARTALA: Tripura Director General of Police (DGP) Anurag Dhankar, IPS, has allegedly died by suicide, with his body transported to Agartala’s GB Hospital earlier on Monday.
The sudden and tragic demise of the state’s top police official has sent shockwaves through Tripura’s administrative and law enforcement circles.
Following the tragic incident, senior government officials and police personnel immediately rushed to the hospital to oversee the situation.
