UADC pension scheme monolith unveiled

Towards implementing the pension scheme for its employees, Ukhrul Autonomous District Council (UADC) Chairman Dr Yaronsho Ngalung on Saturday unveiled a monolith at its administrative block, Hamleikhong in Ukhrul town.

Speaking at the occasion, Dr Ngalung disclosed that the autonomous district council Ukhrul is in the process of implementing the pension scheme which would benefit hundreds of its employees.

He said that the implementation of the Pension Scheme would be effected for all employees of 6 ADCs of the state in line with the cabinet nod given back in 2018.

The event was attended by ADC executive members, members and official staffers from differen departments under the council.
