Assam Rifle busted a temporary camp of ZUF (K) militants in Tamenglong district Manipur on December 18. The operation was based on intelligence inputs about the movement of armed ZUF (K) cadres in area, said the Assam Rifles.
In the operation the Assam Rifles recovered one 5.56 mm Chinese rifle, two hand grenades, one PEK slab and one Motorola set.
The camp was destroyed and recovered cache was handed over to police.
