Assam Rifles Inaugurates Computer Cell Under Operation Sadbhavna Project at St. John’s School, Nungba, Manipur

NONEY, SEP 18: In a significant step towards empowering the youth and locals of Nubgba Village Noney district, the Assam Rifles said it inaugurated a fully equipped computer cell under Operation SADBHAVNA project on 18 Sep 24. The computer cell is part of Assam Rifles’ commitment to fostering education, skill development, digital literacy and employment opportunities in remote areas, ensuring that the local population, especially students, has access to modern digital tools.

The facility is, according to AR is equipped with the latest computer systems and it’s accessories including computer tables, chairs and printers making it a hub for learning and digital empowerment. It will cater to the growing needs of the youth in the village, offering training in basic computer skills, online education, and other digital literacy programs. Assam Rifles remains committed to its mission of promoting peace, prosperity, and progress in the region.
