SENAPATI: Assam Rifles Public School, Maram successfully conducted a four-day Summer Camp from June 1 to June 4 for students from Class I to X. The camp was organised with the aim of promoting creativity, teamwork, physical fitness and experiential learning among children during the summer vacation.

A variety of educational, recreational and skill-based activities were conducted during the camp. On Day-1, students enthusiastically participated in Zumba, Art & Craft, Phonetics (English/Hindi), Daily Life Activity (Washing), Sewing Button, Tying Shoelace and Winnowing Grains activities.

On Day-2 activities such as Talent Show, Dance and Music, Riddles and Puzzle, Fireless Cooking, Best Out of Waste and Sink or Float Science activities, which encouraged innovation, confidence and teamwork among the students were included.

While Day-3 witnessed students participating in Gardening Hour with plant sapling demonstrations, Treasure Hunt, Flying Rocket activity and Outdoor Games. These activities promoted environmental awareness, creativity and physical fitness.

The final day of the camp featured Trekking and activities related to searching and preserving new species, aimed at instilling a spirit of adventure and awareness towards nature conservation among the children.

The Summer Camp witnessed active participation and enthusiasm from all students. The initiative provided an excellent platform for holistic development and meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom environment.
