Chirmi Shimray the author of ‘The Sea and I’ released her new poetry book titled’ Raw – perfectly flawed’. The book is now available on Amazon, Flipkart, and 24by7publishing.com. You can also get the Kindle version of the book on Amazon

About the book

The book is based on her personal experiences and the general outbreaks in the lives of women and how society portrays a woman as a damsel in distress when it is she who has the strength to create a universe inside of her.

The collection of poems also portray the Youth – their desires, their rebellious nature, and their brilliant minds, and the power they possess to change our future.

The poems are written as an ode to our mothers – their undying love and their strength, to the foes who spiced up the humor in my life, to the broken and the free, standing proud beautiful, and raw with all their imperfections.
