Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) after postponement of Class XI exams 2021 scheduled to commence from May 8, in the view of the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic has effectively cancelled Higher Secondary and class XI Examinations 2021.
A notification of the COHSEM issued on Wednesday said that the exams stand cancelled.
COHSEM in its notification further added that the modus operandi of the award of marks, certificates of the students shall be done with due approval of the government.
Examinations for Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) has also been cancelled by Manipur government. It said in its notification that “in view of the uncertain conditions due to Covid-19 pandemic and the feedback obtained from various stakeholders, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the High School Leaving Certificate, 2021 is cancelled, the notification said.
