BJP national vice president, Dr M Chuba Ao has been appointed as the BJP state in-charge of Meghalaya.
Informing this in a statement on Saturday, the state BJP welcomed Dr Chuba Ao and said that it is looking forward to growing under his guidance.
The state BJP has also resolved to take the message of development to the people, and to provide a corruption free alternative to the state.
Meanwhile, the state party also thanked the outgoing state in-charge Nalin Kohli, national spokesperson for rendering his service for upliftment of the party in Meghalaya and also wished him the best for his new assignment.
