Free hospitalisation for poor families: State-wide CMHT/PMJAY Enrolment drive from Dec 1 – Dec 10, 2020

The State Health Agency (GoM) will be undertaking a State-wide enrolment drive from December 1st – December 10th, 2020 under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya (AB-PMJAY) and Chief Ministergi Hakshelgi Tengbang (CMHT).

AB-PMJAY is a health scheme that provides free hospitalisation of upto Rs 5 lakhs per year per family as per Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC 2011) and for those not covered under AB-PMJAY, CMHT provides free hospitalisation of upto Rs 2 lakhs per year per family for poor families in Manipur.

For this enrolment purpose, eligible beneficiaries can create their CMHT/PMJAY cards during the mentioned enrolment drive to be conducted near their locality/village/ward.

Scheduled dates and venue of the enrolment for Ukhrul and Kamjong Districts are given below.
