Following the warrant, the Ministry issued an appeal instructing the Caretakers and Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs) of Angami, Chakhesang, Sumi, and UT regions to carry out the arrest in coordination with the Naga Army and to produce the accused before the Ministry of Kilo Affairs within one week from the date of issue. The Ministry also appealed to the general public and other Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs) not to provide shelter to the accused. “His misdeeds have no place in this civilized society,” the appeal stated, warning that anyone found harboring him would face “heavy liabilities.”
Reiterating its stand, the Ministry of Kilo Affairs said it will leave “no stone unturned to deliver justice for the aggrieved victim.”
